Welcome to the city of Arma!
Originally named "Rust," a coal camp community in southeast Kansas, the town is now best known for having the longest active V-J Day celebration every September 2nd. The town's veterans memorial is in Arma City Park. Today, Arma's military history is best experienced simply by driving through the city via the Frontier Military Historic Byway. Visitors absolutely love the rich history that lights up this community!
